CV #30(B): Pfizer Still Lobbying In Canada, Vaccine Approved In U.K.

Vaccines are coming into Canada from Pfizer and others. This was recently been announced on the CBC. For some context, remember that:
-The virus survival rate is over 99% (if it even exists)
-PCR tests are useless as diagnostic tools (again, if it even exists)
-People have to be tested to know they have it
-Vaccines were cooked up in the last few months, side effects unknown
-Things like masks will continue afterwards

1. Rempel Isn’t Who She Pretends To Be

In the video with Michelle Rempel-Garner (discussing Derek Sloan’s petition), it’s interesting that she shrugs off the very valid concerns of unproven drugs. She also doesn’t question the wisdom behind lockdowns themselves. Want your freedom? Shut up and get the vaccine. This is typical of “conservative” politicians in Canada.

Rempel isn’t who she appears to be. And why exactly does she keep looking to her right in the video? Is there someone else in the room?

2. Pfizer Lobbying Ottawa Regularly

Pfizer has lobbied the Federal Government 153 times since becoming a registered lobbyist in 2007. Of course, that doesn’t include any discussions that may be “off the books”. One of Pfizer’s lobbyists, Steven Hogue, used to work in the Prime Minister’s Office when Jean Chretien was in office.

3. Goldy Hyer Ex-Pfizer Lobbyist In Ottawa

Goldy Hyer was at a time the Chief-of-Staff for Joe Clark, then Leader of the Progressive Conservative Party of Canada. He is also involved with:
(a) The Century Initiative
(b) Asia Business Leaders Advisory Council
(c) Catalyst Inc. / Catalyst Canada
(d) 30% Club Canada

4. Pfizer Lobbied M-132 Committee Vice-Chairs

Motion Text
That the Standing Committee on Health be instructed to undertake a study on ways of increasing benefits to the public resulting from federally funded health research, with the goals of lowering drugs costs and increasing access to medicines, both in Canada and globally; and that the Committee report its findings and recommendations to the House no later than one year from the time this motion is adopted.

M-132 was filed in late 2017, by Raj Saini. It was a motion to finance pharmaceuticals, and pharmaceutical research, both in Canada and abroad. See here and here. Marilyn Gladue, and Don Davies, (both lobbied by Pfizer), were the Vice-Chairs on that Committee.

5. Pfizer Lobbying In Ontario

Pfizer has also been busy lobbying Ontario since 2002 over pharmaceutical interests. It’s worth noting, that both Kathleen Wynne and Doug Ford never fully implemented Bill 160. This Bill would have mandated disclosure, (rather than it being optional), of payments made to health care providers to sell certain drugs.

Since Bill 160 isn’t really the law, there’s no requirement hospitals or health care staff to disclose the financing they may get to push certain remedies.

8. Pfizer Lobbying In Manitoba

Manitoba has had lobbyists from Pfizer in the past, but none active since 2017. Perhaps they have moved on to Ottawa.

7. Pfizer Lobbying In Alberta

A search in the Alberta Lobbyist Registry shows 12 meetings since 2018 between Government officials, and Pfizer. The last one was just the other day. Jason Kenney isn’t doing quite the “hard sell” that Ford does, but he is still fully on board with the agenda.

Of course, there is other lobbying going on, and in other Provinces as well. These examples provided are hardly exhaustive of what’s going on, but should provide a decent sample.

8. Hajdu Order To Approve Untested Vaccines

Interim Orders
Marginal note:Interim orders
.
30.1 (1) The Minister may make an interim order that contains any provision that may be contained in a regulation made under this Act if the Minister believes that immediate action is required to deal with a significant risk, direct or indirect, to health, safety or the environment.
.
Marginal note: Cessation of effect
.
(2) An interim order has effect from the time that it is made but ceases to have effect on the earliest of
.
(a) 14 days after it is made, unless it is approved by the Governor in Council,
.
(b) the day on which it is repealed,
.
(c) the day on which a regulation made under this Act, that has the same effect as the interim order, comes into force, and
.
(d) one year after the interim order is made or any shorter period that may be specified in the interim order.

On September 16, 2020, Health Minister Patty Hajdu signed an Interim Order allowing for approval of vaccines in an expedited manner, even if they were fully tested. Section 30.1 of the Food and Drug Act allows that. It must be pointed out, however, that Hajdu is not a doctor, and has no medical background at all.

9. UK Approves Pfizer/BioNTech Vaccine, Dec. 2

Tens of thousands of people will receive an effective and high-quality COVID-19 vaccine from next week, as the UK becomes the first country in the western world to authorise a vaccine.

Following rigorous clinical trials involving thousands of people and extensive analysis of the vaccine’s safety, quality and effectiveness by experts from the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), Pfizer/BioNTech’s vaccine has been authorised for use in the UK.

Now authorisation has been granted, Pfizer will deliver the vaccine to the UK. In making the recommendation to authorise supply, the MHRA will decide what additional quality assurance checks may be required before a vaccine can be made available. Pfizer will then deliver the vaccines to the UK as soon as possible.

The NHS has decades of experience in rolling out successful widespread vaccination programmes and has put in place extensive deployment plans.

In line with the recommendations of the independent Joint Committee for Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI), the vaccine will be rolled out to the priority groups including care home residents and staff, people over 80 and health and care workers, then to the rest of the population in order of age and risk, including those who are clinically extremely vulnerable.

Isn’t this great? Pfizer/BioNTech got their approval to start distributing vaccines in the UK. Surely, with all these rigorous tests, they are certain that the product is safe, right?

10. UK: Vaccine Damage Payments Scheme

In advance of a rollout of an authorised COVID-19 vaccine and in line with other immunisation programmes, the government is taking the precautionary step to ensure that, in the very rare possibility where someone is severely disabled as a result of taking a COVID-19 vaccine, they can access financial assistance through the Vaccine Damage Payments Scheme (VDPS).

No safety concerns have been reported in vaccines authorised for use following rigorous clinical trials involving tens of thousands of people and extensive analysis of the vaccine’s safety, quality and effectiveness by experts from the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).

Pfizer/BioNTech’s vaccine is now the first COVID-19 vaccine to be authorised for use in the UK, and the MHRA will keep safety under continual review.

Adding diseases to the VDPS is not new and numerous diseases have been added as successive governments have rolled out more immunisation programmes, such as HPV and Meningitis B. In response to the H1N1 (swine flu) pandemic, the previous government added swine flu to the VDPS on 10 October 2009.

Generally, only those who were administered vaccines as part of a childhood immunisation programme are covered under the VDPS. However, because COVID-19 vaccines will be rolled out to a large proportion of the adult population, the government will amend the eligibility requirements, ensuring adults who are administered a COVID-19 vaccine in the UK or Isle of Man, or as part of an armed forces medical treatment, will be covered by the scheme too.

The VDPS is a safety net to help ease the burden on individuals who have in extremely rare circumstances experienced harm due to receiving a government-recommended vaccine. It is not a compensation scheme. Rather, it provides a one-off, tax-free lump sum – currently £120,000 – for those suffering a severe disability as a result of a vaccine against a disease listed under the Vaccine Damage Payments Act.

Background information
Currently, in order to qualify for the payment, it must be accepted, on the balance of probability, that there is a causal link between the vaccine and the claimed disability and that the resulting disability amounts to severe (ie at least 60%) disablement.
.
Claims are assessed and paid where successful by the Department for Work and Pensions.

The UK Government only the day before announces approval for Pfizer/BioNTech’s vaccine. Almost immediately afterwards, the UK reveals that taxpayers will be on the hook for any injuries that result from these vaccines.

The amount is capped at £120,000, and even then, it’s only with very serious disability. Capitalized profits, socialized compensation. Of course, the implication of having a vaccine compensation scheme means that the companies themselves will be off the hook for whatever death and injury results.

11. Pfizer And Violation Tracker

Of course, Pfizer isn’t too willing to share some of it’s more troubling history, such as this provided by Violation Tracker. Well worth a long read. Everything from false claims, to bribery, to kickbacks are cited.

12. Gates A Recent Pfizer Donor

In addition to making contributions to Pfizer, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation owns over $1.7 million in stock from the pharmaceutical company.

The above screenshots are donations the Gates Foundation made in 2016 and 2018.

13. Pfizer Vaccines Coming To Canada/U.S.

Pfizer has already applied for permission to begin distributing in Canada and the United States, and they very likely will get it. If it’s anything like what happened with GlaxoSmithKline, they’ll be indemnified as well. Even if Canada were to set up a compensation scheme, it will never fully make up for the harm done.

And this point is critical: the vaccines haven’t even been fully tested. They’ll be doing more long term studies as the years go on. This is not the same thing as having vaccines ready.

As Tam says: vaccines normally take a decade or more. But here, just a few months apparently. And all for something with a mortality rate approximately that of the flu.

What about long term problems like premature death? Sterilization? Paralysis? Pain? Disfiguration? Unfortunately, a lot of that won’t become clear for a few years at least. Consequently, people will have to hope and pray.

CV #37(B): WHO Once Again Admits No Real Evidence For Masks, But Still Recommends Them

The rest of the series is here. Many lies, lobbying, conflicts of interest, and various globalist agendas operating behind the scenes, obscuring the vile agenda called the “Great Reset“. WHO On Masks: December 1 Update
December 1 WHO Guidance On Masks

Note: for more context for this article, check Part 37A. That refers to the April 6 and June 5 guidelines handed down by the World Health Organization. In short, they still aren’t checking for logical consistency.

3. Quotes From December 1 Guidance

BC’s tyrant-in-chief, Bonnie Henry, has said that she has no time for people who think that masks cause health problems, or reduce their freedom. This flies in the face on WHO guidelines, and even her own dictates. Henry gaslights people, despite there being no science behind limiting group sizes, or most things she says.

[Page 1]
This document, which is an update of the guidance published on 5 June 2020, includes new scientific evidence relevant to the use of masks for reducing the spread of SARS-CoV-2, thevirus that causes COVID-19, and practical considerations. It contains updated evidence and guidance on the following:

In case this isn’t obvious, this is suppose to reflect changes and more information coming out. Supposedly the evidence and knowledge evolves, as the situation requires it.

[Page 1]
The World Health Organization (WHO) advises the use of masks as part of a comprehensive package of prevention and control measures to limit the spread of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. A mask alone, even when it is used correctly, is insufficient to provide adequate protection or source control. Other infection prevention and control (IPC) measures include hand hygiene, physical distancing of at least 1 metre, avoidance of touching one’s face, respiratory etiquette, adequate ventilation in indoor settings, testing, contacttracing, quarantine and isolation. Together these measures are critical to prevent human-to-human transmission of SARS-CoV-2.

WHO still recommends face masks. Keep that point in mind. Also, it’s been mentioned before that WHO suggests people being 1m apart. There is no reference to 2m on their site.

[Page 3]
The presence of viral RNA is not the same as replication- and infection-competent (viable) virus that could be transmissible and capable of sufficient inoculum to initiate invasive infection. A limited number of studies have isolated viable SARS-CoV-2 from air samples in the vicinity of COVID-19 patients (20, 21).

This pretty much blows the whole PCR test out of the water. Simply having traces present doesn’t you are infected.

[Page 3]
High quality research is required to address the knowledge gaps related to modes of transmission, infectious dose and settings in which transmission can be amplified. Currently, studies are underway to better understand the conditions in which aerosol transmission or superspreading events may occur.
.
Current evidence suggests that people infected with SARSCoV-2 can transmit the virus whether they have symptoms or not. However, data from viral shedding studies suggest that infected individuals have highest viral loads just before or around the time they develop symptoms and during the first 5-7 days of illness (12). Among symptomatic patients, the duration of infectious virus shedding has been estimated at 8 days from the onset of symptoms (22-24) for patients with mild disease, and longer for severely ill patients (12). The period of infectiousness is shorter than the duration of detectable RNA shedding, which can last many weeks (17).

Research is still needed? That’s a pretty big thing to admit, since supposedly the vaccines are here, and ready to go. It seems that we won’t need it after all.

As for the claim that asymptomatic transmission is possible, that is likely a response to this bombshell dropped on June 8, 2020. WHO admitted asymptomatic transmission was very rare, but there was quite predictably a lot of anger and confusion over that. Maria Van Kerkhove spent the next day backtracking. See below.

Back in June, the WHO thought that as much as 41% of the global population could be infected, which is over 3 billion people. In reality, they have no idea.

[Page 5]
Evidence on universal masking in health care settings
.
In areas where there is community transmission or large-scale outbreaks of COVID-19, universal masking has been adopted in many hospitals to reduce the potential of transmission by health workers to patients, to other staff and anyone else entering the facility (50).
.
Two studies found that implementation of a universal masking policy in hospital systems was associated with
decreased risk of healthcare-acquired SARS-CoV-2 infection. However, these studies had serious limitations: both were before-after studies describing a single example of a phenomenon before and after an event of interest, with no concurrent control group, and other infection control measures were not controlled for (51, 52). In addition, observed decreases in health worker infections occurred too quickly to be attributable to the universal masking policy.

Universal masking seems to be the case in hospital settings. However, some of the scientific research supporting it has serious limitations.

[Page 6]
Fabric masks are not regulated as protective masks or part of the PPE directive. They vary in quality and are not subject to mandatory testing or common standards and as such are not considered an appropriate alternative to medical masks for protection of health workers. One study that evaluated the use of cloth masks in a health care facility found that health care workers using 2 ply cotton cloth masks (a type of fabric mask) were at increased risk of influenza-like illness compared with those who wore medical masks (72).

Interesting. Using cloth masks actually increased the risk of influenza like illnesses. But just wear a mask anyway.

[Page 8]
Evidence on the protective effect of mask use in community settings
.
At present there is only limited and inconsistent scientific evidence to support the effectiveness of masking of healthy people in the community to prevent infection with respiratory viruses, including SARS-CoV-2 (75). A large randomized community-based trial in which 4862 healthy participants were divided into a group wearing medical/surgical masks and a control group found no difference in infection with SARS-CoV-2 (76). A recent systematic review found nine trials (of which eight were cluster-randomized controlled trials in which clusters of people, versus individuals, were randomized) comparing medical/surgical masks versus no masks to prevent the spread of viral respiratory illness. Two trials were with healthcare workers and seven in the community. The review concluded that wearing a mask may make little or no difference to the prevention of influenza-like illness

Even a good chunk of their own research concluded there was little to no benefit to forcing masks on the general population.

[Page 8]
Guidance
The WHO COVID-19 IPC GDG considered all available evidence on the use of masks by the general public including
effectiveness, level of certainty and other potential benefits and harms, with respect to transmission scenarios, indoor versus outdoor settings, physical distancing and ventilation. Despite the limited evidence of protective efficacy of mask wearing in community settings, in addition to all other recommended preventive measures, the GDG advised mask wearing in the following settings:

WHO recommends mask wearing in many situations, despite limited evidence it actually works. Again, all of this is from their own report.

[Page 10]
The potential disadvantages of mask use by healthy people in the general public include:
headache and/or breathing difficulties, depending on type of mask used (55);
• development of facial skin lesions, irritant dermatitis or worsening acne, when used frequently for long hours (58, 59, 127);
• difficulty with communicating clearly, especially for persons who are deaf or have poor hearing or use lipreading (128, 129);
• discomfort (44, 55, 59)
• a false sense of security leading to potentially lower adherence to other critical preventive measures such as physical distancing and hand hygiene (105);
• poor compliance with mask wearing, in particular by young children (111, 130-132);
• waste management issues; improper mask disposal leading to increased litter in public places andenvironmental hazards (133);
• disadvantages for or difficulty wearing masks, especially for children, developmentally challenged persons, those with mental illness, persons with cognitive impairment, those with asthma or chronic respiratory or breathing problems, those who have had facial trauma or recent oral maxillofacial surgery and those living in hot and humid environments (55, 130).

This is essentially a cut-and-paste from earlier guidance. Note: even though breathing problems are specifically listed, Bonnie Henry has no time for such people.

[Page 11]
Mask use during physical activity Evidence
.
There are limited studies on the benefits and harms of wearing medical masks, respirators and non-medical masks while exercising. Several studies have demonstrated statistically significant deleterious effects on various cardiopulmonary physiologic parameters during mild to moderate exercise in healthy subjects and in those with underlying respiratory diseases (134-140). The most significant impacts have been consistently associated with the use of respirators and in persons with underlying obstructive airway pulmonary diseases such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), especially when the condition is moderate to severe (136). Facial microclimate changes with increased temperature, humidity and perceptions of dyspnoea were also reported in some studies on the use of masks during exercise (134, 141). A recent review found negligeable evidence of negative effects of mask use during exercise but noted concern for individuals with severe cardiopulmonary disease (142).

The World Health Organization discourages the use of masks for people who are exercising. Good to know. However, is must be asked if people were deliberately subjected to this is order to gather data for the research.

[Page 19]
Background
A non-medical mask, also called fabric mask, community mask or face covering, is neither a medical device nor personal protective equipment. Non-medical masks are aimed at the general population, primarily for protecting others from exhaled virus-containing droplets emitted by the mask wearer. They are not regulated by local health authorities or occupational health associations, nor is it required for manufacturers to comply with guidelines established by standards organizations. Non-medical masks may be homemade or manufactured. The essential performance parameters include good breathability, filtration of droplets originating from the wearer, and a snug fit covering the nose and mouth. Exhalation valves on masks are discouraged as they bypass the filtration function of the mask.

Non-medical masks have no real standards for manufacturing.

[Page 19]
Evidence on the effectiveness of non-medical (fabric) masks
.
A number of reviews have been identified on the effectiveness of non-medical masks (151-156). One systematic review (155) identified 12 studies and evaluated study quality. Ten were laboratory studies (157-166), and two reports were from a single randomized trial (72, 167). The majority of studies were conducted before COVID-19 emerged or used laboratory generated particles to assess filtration efficacy. Overall, the reviews concluded that cloth face masks have limited efficacy in combating viral infection transmission.

Sure, there’s limited evidence they actually work. But just wear a mask, any mask, because it’s about community safety.

(from page 21): WHO recommends masks be able to filter out 70% or more of particles, at 3 microns or more. That is pretty meaningless since the virus is less then 1/10 that diameter.

4. Thoughts On Latest Guidance

Even giving the World Health Organization every benefit of the doubt, its own reports admit the evidence on mask use is limited and often contradictory. The recommendations are based on politics, not science.

Talking about the “Great Reset” or the depopulation agenda would be nice, but that sort of transparency is most unlikely.

CV #43(B): Jason Kenney Shrugs Off Potential 90% Error Rate In PCR Tests

A radio interview between Jason Kenney and Danielle Smith. Kenney may be a career politician, and a habitual liar, but occasionally he does tell the truth. Let’s take a look at that.

It’s quite noticeable Smith was prepared in this interview. She clearly had done her homework, and Kenney was left bumbling away.

2. Possible 90% Error Rate No Big Deal

Here is the full interview with Danielle Smith, former leader of the Alberta Wildrose Party. Alberta Premier Jason Kenney is her guest. To Smith’s considerable credit, she has done a lot of research beforehand. Kenney mumbles and agrees the methods are flawed, but defers to Public Health. However, this is a complete cop-out. As Premier, the buck should stop there.

3. Exposing The Mountain Of Lies

Just a few of the videos about the lies, false positives, and deliberate misclassifying of deaths. There are many more where this came from.

4. Erin O’Toole Supports Jailing Protesters

This video clip came from Andrew Lawton of True North. Erin O’Toole, the leader of the Conservative Party of Canada, self-identifies as a “conservative”. Presumably, he supports freedom and individual rights. However, it seems that he’s perfectly fine with arresting or ticketing peaceful protesters and dissidents.

5. Conservatism In Canada In 2020?

Kenney, like so many others, does a great job of attempting to look and come across as concerned. But it’s all just an act. Seriously, what is the point of voting for any of them, when they are just as tyrannical as liberals?

CV #25(C): Brian Pallister Hires Intelligence & Detention Firm G4S For “Security” In Manitoba

Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister has publicly floated the idea of a mandatory curfew, which he claims will be “limited”. He has since banned the sale of what he calls “non-essential goods” in stores. However, he is not being forthcoming with residents about G4S, the security firm he brought in.

3. CBC Article And Video On Hiring G4S

Private security officers will crack down on rule breakers after shoppers crowded into big-box stores, where many bought non-essential goods during the first weekend of the province’s latest lockdown.

The province has hired security firm G4S Canada to boost its enforcement of COVID-19 regulations, and their personnel should be handing out tickets by this weekend, Premier Brian Pallister said Tuesday.

The province is also filing charges in addition to levying fines against those who took part in a rally in Steinbach this past weekend where protesters flouted COVID-19 regulations, Pallister said.

To start with the obvious question: who does Brian Pallister think he is, to determine what is and what isn’t “essential items” to purchase? Aren’t conservatives supposed to support free will and individual choice? And even if this were legitimate, why is it necessary to hire outside sources?

Beyond that, Pallister pitches this as glorified mall cops. However, this is disingenuous when you consider the other skills and resources G4S has. Perhaps this hiring is more about doing overall surveillance on Manitobans overall.

4. Mass Killer Omar Mateen Ex-G4S Employee

Bit of a sidenote: Omar Mateen, who killed 49 people in an Orlando nightclub in 2016, was an employee of G4S for years. They have been criticized for not doing enough to look into his background.

6. G4S Operates Private Prisons

G4S has been providing value for money, innovation, and social benefit within the criminal justice sector in the United Kingdom since the first private sector prison in the country was opened in 1992. Since then, expertise from around the business has been used to expand and improve our offering.

One of the services G4S offers is in private prisons. They have existed (at least in the UK), since 1992. In September of this year, Garden Grove switched to G4S. These services are also offered in Australia. It should be noted that G4S is also involved in running immigration detention as well.

7. Using AI To Track Covid-19 Hotspots

“The recent COVID-19 outbreak has made evident the need for local intelligence that can be globally communicated, as businesses with people and operations around the world need quick, comprehensive and actionable information to effectively respond to hotspots and make business-critical decisions daily,” said G4S Americas CEO John Kenning. “G4S ROC analysts are able to use the Stabilitas’ AI platform to provide customers with actionable data to help protect their employees, operations and assets. Our strategic partnership with Stabilitas enhances the integrated security service offerings we provide customers under our Security Operations Center (SOC) Practice.”

Stabilitas’ AI-based platform also equips G4S ROC staff to deliver real-time intelligence, travel risk management, asset visualization and mass notifications to clients, employees, travelers and assets to keep their operations secure, a particularly valuable resource in the face of rapidly evolving global threats such as the COVID-19 pandemic. The platform filters more than 17,000 trusted data sources across government, weather and geological, local and international, social media, IoT networks and other external data sources into a single feed that identifies critical events and correlates those on a global scale, far surpassing the capabilities of manual monitoring and analysis processes.

G4S claims to be able to better monitor and track outbreaks in this “pandemic” using artificial intelligence technology. Since they’ll be providing actual security, at least in Manitoba, this will effectively cut out the middleman.

8. G4S Implementing Drone Technology

G4S now has drones in its inventory, allowing it to conduct search and surveillance in places and ways that had not been previously possible. Australia has an application for this technology: catching people who aren’t wearing masks.

9. G4S Offers Tech For Contact Tracing

If you have an existing security access system, you may not realize that it can be used to supplement your contact tracing program. Access systems can track an employee or visitor and determine who else was in the same area at the same time. They provide timely information which is critical for contact protocols. You
can choose the amount of time to track. If an employee or visitor displays virus symptoms, these tools can tell you who that person may have come into contact with, and provide the data to notify other individuals who may have been exposed. Ongoing reports can be generated to maintain compliance and meet everchanging regulations.

G4S offers electronic visitor management systems to assist with contact tracing. These systems can prompt people to answer specific questions related to self-declaration (e.g. have you been in contact with anyone who has displayed symptoms of a fever in the past 14 days?) and can be used to alert personnel to any answers that may require secondary screening. As these systems are designed for employees and visitors to provide basic contact information, they can be used to generate a prescribed report as to who was in the building, when they were there and with whom they met.

Contact tracing benefits come from the basic information a user would enter when prompted, creating a contact list and a record of compliance as to who had entered, when they did and a phone number to reach them

G4S sees the contact tracing industry as an area for significant growth. Given the increase surveillance Governments are demanding, it seems smart from a business perspective.

10. G4S Also Involved In Airport Security

G4S is proud to provide services throughout the province of British Columbia.
.
G4S is Canada’s leading security service provider to the energy sector. G4S specializes in providing service to mining, forestry, retail, special events & property management. G4S provides screening services to airports throughout British Columbia and the Yukon in partnership with the CANADIAN AIR TRANSPORT SECURITY AUTHORITY (CATSA).

Yes, the same group involved with contact tracing, artificial intelligence, drones, and pandemic management also has a foothold in airport security in Canada.

11. Gates Foundation Sells Shares Of G4S Stock

Until the Spring of 2014, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation was actually a co-owner of G4S, holding approximately 3% of the stock. However, it has since been sold off.

12. Sale: G4S Israel To FIMI Opportunity Funds

Effective December 31, 2015, G4S Israel was sold to FIMI Opportunity Funds for the equivalent of about 88 million British Pounds. Despite the change in ownership, G4S would still retain a presence in Israel. It’s denied that the sale had anything to do with BDS (ban, divest, sanction) efforts launched in many countries.

13. Why Is G4S Really In Manitoba?

Premier Brian Pallister made it seem like he was just hiring extra security guards due to a personnel shortage. However, when it’s considered what G4S does, and what they are capable of, what is the purpose of this? This certainly seems like overkill — unless there’s another agenda.

Yes, the company has been used for tickets and commercial security before. However, in light of everything going on, this doesn’t seem right.

If Ottawa or any Provincial Government ever wanted to give the order for G4S to start rounding up and detaining political dissidents, they would have the capability to do it.

CV #46(B): So-Called “Journalist” Mark Slapinski Wants Person He Doesn’t Agree With Jailed

Canada has reached a new low. A self-identified “independent journalist” named Mark Slapinski has called for someone to be imprisoned for having different views. But don’t worry, it’s only in the name of safety.

1. Not A Personal Defense Of Saccoccia

To add in a disclaimer: this article is not about personally defending Chris Saccoccia (a.k.a. Chris Sky). He is obnoxious, looks goofy, and overall, is difficult to take seriously. And he may very well be attempting to co-opt real resistance. Nonetheless, he does have his free speech rights. These rights are especially important in light of blatant lies, gaslighting, and lawfare that we experience.

2. Mark Slapinski Started Actual Petition

Chris Sky has become infamous for leading the anti-mask movement in Toronto, as well as spreading inaccurate and anti-scientific information about COVID19 on Social Media.

Chris Sky was recently seen breaking into Adamson BBQ as an act of “united non-compliance” with a group of followers. This escalation in tactics from Mr. Sky is a danger to public health, and needs to be dealt with accordingly.

Chris Sky has been charged by police before, but it appears those charges have not deterred him from spreading disinformation and putting people’s lives in danger.

If Sky continues this behaviour, COVID rates will likely continue to rise, and extend the length of the lockdown. His anti-vaccine rhetoric will likely delay a lifting of COVID restrictions, due to him contributing to “vaccine hesitancy”.

The best way to send a message to anti-maskers is to put their leader in jail.
.
Sign the petition. Let’s put Chris Sky behind bars!

Now, who is Mark Slapinski?
Here is some information he provides on his LinkedIn page.

At first, it’s difficult to believe this is real. Mark Slapinski is a journalist, or at least he “identifies” as one. However, he openly calls for someone with a different opinion to be locked up. Aside from the obvious cognitive dissonance, Slapinski seems oblivious to the idea that it is exactly that mentality that could one day see HIM shut down and jailed.

It’s unclear whether Slapinski is a plant being used by the government to promote censorship, or if he is just a useful idiot. Either way, this needs to be called out.

In the petition, Slapinski drops his real goal. He wants to silence the “anti-maskers” by putting Chris Saccoccia/Sky in jail. This is a deliberate attempt to shut down views he disagrees with. Never mind that Sky doesn’t speak for the people as a whole — most find him distasteful.

Interesting that Slapinsky uses the phrase “vaccine hesitancy”. Outside of Government and NGO circles, it’s rarely heard. It refers to people’s reluctance (for whatever reason), to be vaccinated. And Slapinski makes it clear he wants people to get it.

Never mind that this “pandemic” is grossly overblown, and is being used to implement a larger social agenda. Slapinski is either completely ignorant of all of this (and has done no research), or is willfully complicit in deceiving the public.

Slapinski would do a far greater public service if he spent his time researching and fact checking the claims and predictions the Government makes. The official story falls apart under any real scrutiny.

3. Soros Funded Change.Org Petitions

It seems Slapinski has filed several petitions with change.org. And while he calls for Black Lives Matter people to be freed, he wants to lock up people who aren’t violent. Pick a lane. Also, it’s oddly amusing the never ending attempts to gaslight whites by using the “Nazi” logo.

At least these are theoretically possible, unlike the current petition to have someone jailed. Someone needs to tell him that’s not how the law works. Police respond to complaints filed, not petitions.

4. Censorship, Social Media Collusion Here Now

See 2:30 in the Tam/Trudeau video. Tam openly admits that there is social media collusion to: (a) take down media that contradicts the narrative; (b) direct people to “trusted” sites; (c) demonetize accounts that don’t play along; and (d) manipulate search algorithms to make them harder to find. The Canadian media doesn’t call this out.

Social media outlets already collude with governments to promote the pro-vaccine narrative, and it’s no accident so many outlets in Canada are subsidized. Governments also have floated the idea of “misinformation” laws to criminally penalize people who contradict the official stories.

At best, Slapinski seems to be aware of none of this, and is blindly parroting back Government talking points. At worst, he is actively trying to censor, shut down (and jail) critics.

Again, none of this is to defend Saccoccia/Sky himself — who does more harm than good to the resistance — but to defend the principle of free speech.

The rest of the series is here. Many lies, lobbying, conflicts of interest, and various globalist agendas operating behind the scenes, obscuring the vile agenda called the “Great Reset“. Also: there is little to no science behind what our officials are doing; they promote degenerate behaviour; the Australian Department of Health admits the PCR tests don’t work; the US CDC admits testing is heavily flawed; and The International Health Regulations are legally binding. Ex-U.S. Ambassador MacNaughton; Palantir; Team Rubicon; Military Technology

Palantir is a crystal ball from the (fictional) Lord of the Rings, which allows people to see events elsewhere, past or present. Perhaps a coincidence, or maybe an open admission about the company Palantir.

Rubicon is also a strange — or maybe fitting — name. Crossing the Rubicon refers to taking steps which can’t be undone. This is similar to the point of no return.

3. More By Civilian Intelligence Network

For an interesting piece and a lot of background information of Palantir and Rubicon, check out this article by Anji at Civilian Intelligence Network. Well worth a read.

4. MacNaughton’s LinkedIn Profile Details

MacNaughton has been involved in politics (at least from behind the scenes), for many years. He was a Secretary for (then) Ontario Dalton McGuinty. He had also been a campaign chair for the Ontario Liberals years earlier. From March 2016 until September 2019, he was Ambassador to the United States. He also held several corporate jobs.

5. Who Lobbied MacNaughton As Ambassador

David MacNaughton was one of many public officials to be lobbied by SNC Lavalin in their quest to obtain a deferred prosecution agreement for the company.

Bombardier frequently lobbies the Federal Government, and often is handed millions of taxpayer dollars in the form of bailouts. MacNaughton has also been on the receiving end of some of this lobbying.

The Canadian American Business Council lobbies on many different issues, much of it to do with trade. One interesting topic is the “beyond border initiative“, which pictures closer harmonization with the U.S. These groups are just a few of those who lobbied MacNaughton when he was the U.S. Ambassador.

6. Canada/U.S. Beyond The Border Initiative

On February 4, 2011, President Obama and Prime Minister Harper announced the United States-Canada joint declaration, Beyond the Border: A Shared Vision for Perimeter Security and Economic Competitiveness. Beyond the Border articulates a shared approach to security in which both countries work together to address threats within, at, and away from our borders, while expediting lawful trade and travel.

Since the February 4, 2011 announcement, the Governments of the United States and Canada have worked to identify specific action items to advance the goals of Beyond the Border. These initiatives are described in the Beyond the Border Action Plan, which was released on December 7, 2011 by President Obama and Prime Minister Harper. This Action Plan draws from the expertise and experiences of front-line personnel on both sides of the border. It represents significant commitments by our countries that will make our countries more secure and economically competitive. It was crafted through discussions between our governments and is guided by a mutual respect for sovereignty and our respective constitutional and legal frameworks that protect privacy.

Under the guise of “increased cooperation”, Canadian and American officials have for a decade talked about ways to manage the continent in a more coordinated manner. Of course, having a more “managed” border will make it easier to say, get millions of vaccines out very quickly.

7. MacNaughton Found Guilty On Ethics Breach

WHEREAS Mr. David MacNaughton was appointed by the Governor in Council to the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to the United States on January 15, 2016, thereby making him a public office holder for the purposes of the Conflict of Interest Act [Act];

AND WHEREAS Mr. MacNaughton had direct and significant official dealings with numerous public office holders during his last year in public office;

AND WHEREAS following Mr. MacNaughton’s last day in public office on August 22, 2019, he became a former reporting public office holder and subject to the Act’s post-employment rules;

AND WHEREAS Mr. MacNaughton, following consultations with the Office of the Conflict of Interest and Ethics Commissioner, was named President of Palantir Technologies Canada [Palantir] effective September 4, 2019;

AND WHEREAS, pursuant to section 37 of the Act, a former reporting public office holder who, in the year following their last day in office, has any communication referred to in paragraph 5(1)(a) of the Lobbying Act or arranges a meeting referred to in paragraph 5(1)(b) of that Act shall report that communication or meeting to the Commissioner;

AND WHEREAS Mr. MacNaughton reported, in accordance with section 37 of the Act, that between March 2 and May 1, 2020, he had communicated with or arranged multiple meetings with several public office holders for the purpose of offering pro bono assistance on behalf of Palantir in respect of the Government of Canada’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic, as described in Annex A attached hereto; AND WHEREAS section 33 of the Act prohibits former public office holders from acting in such a manner as to take improper advantage of their previous public office;

David MacNaughton was named President of Palantir Technologies almost immediately after leaving his post as Ambassador to the U.S. That didn’t stop him from using his old position to push for favourable treatment for his new company. This of course, is completely illegal.

8. Palantir Stock Skyrockets After IPO

US tech firm Palantir, known for supplying controversial data-sifting software to government agencies, has fetched a market value of nearly $22bn (£17bn) in its debut on the New York Stock Exchange.

It’s a lofty figure for a firm that has never turned a profit, been hit by privacy concerns and relies on public agencies for nearly half of its business.

But the company, which takes its name from the “seeing stones” known for their power and potential to corrupt in Lord of the Rings, says the need for the kind of software it sells “has never been greater”.

The firm, which launched in 2003 with backing from right-wing libertarian tech investor Peter Thiel and America’s Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), builds programs that integrate massive data sets and spit out connections and patterns in user-friendly formats.

Some valid concerns. Palantir’s price is now soaring, despite very serious privacy concerns, and the fact it’s never actually been profitable.

9. Palantir Gotham Program

GOTHAM IN ACTION
POWERING RAPID RESPONSE AFTER HURRICANE FLORENCE
In September 2018, Hurricane Florence devastated North and South Carolina in the United States. The storm was responsible for thousands of displacements, over a million power outages, and an estimated $17 billion in damage. To help victims remove felled trees from their properties, muck out flooded houses, and tarp damaged roofs, military veteran volunteer corps Team Rubicon deployed 1,000 volunteers—and Palantir Gotham.

Team Rubicon used Palantir Gotham’s Operations Module so the National Operations Center and Field Teams could collaborate on planning and executing six consecutive operations. They combined publicly available flood data with weather information and social vulnerability census data to find the communities in greatest need. In the field, Team Rubicon Incident Command and volunteers used data to manage operations: from triaging incoming help requests, to dispatching assessment and work teams, and producing sharable daily metrics and reports. With Palantir Gotham, Team Rubicon used data to marshal resources faster, to those most in need.

Palantir Gotham is presented as data collection with real world military application. They site floods and hurricanes as scenarios where this would be needed. And of course, David MacNaughton is head of the Canadian Branch of Palantir. This is an unusual situation to be in.

10. Palantir Foundry Program

From research and development to clinical trials to production and distribution, the pharmaceutical industry generates massive amounts of data. The company that harnesses this data can make better-informed decisions to bring new products to market faster and more safely.

We work to accelerate and improve the approach to developing, manufacturing, and delivering health products. Upon deploying Palantir Foundry, our partners modernize clinical trial design and analysis by creating a central environment for data, analysis, and hypothesis testing.

The high failure rate of clinical trials has increased research costs rapidly in recent years, and being able to generate insights in minutes rather than weeks offers significant opportunity for improvement.

We started by supporting the research and development process for clinical trials, supply chain efficiency, and product marketing. Since, we’ve partnered to establish Foundry as the central component of the pharmaceutical data architecture.

One of the states purposes of Palantir Foundry is in medical (or pharmaceutical research). The claim is that this technology will be able to advance it faster and safer than before.

11. Palantir Apollo Program

Palantir Apollo is the continuous delivery software that powers our SaaS platforms, Foundry and Gotham, in the public cloud and beyond. Apollo works around the clock to put our latest features in the hands of customers. It eliminates the tradeoff between stability and speed by delivering continuous, automated updates without disrupting operations. It’s why our platforms power mission-critical operations for the world’s most important institutions.

Palantir Apollo is the software that powers its systems. So this is a peculiar triad of products: (a) data collection with military application; (b) software that can potentially be the new branch of medical research; and (c) a new delivery system to get the others out.

12. Rick Hillier, Team Rubicon Director

Rick Hillier was announced to head the vaccine task force in Ontario. Aside from how unhinged Christine Elliott comes across as, obvious questions have to be asked. If this “virus” is so bad, then why would we need to encourage people to take a vaccine? Why the “military precision” needed, unless it was to get everyone all at once — and before side effects became known? Why push untested vaccines when there is already a 99% recovery rate anyway?

13. Rubicon Gets Funding From Clinton

Rubicon has also gotten substantial funding from the Clinton Foundation, (Clinton Global Initiative). The organization sells itself as a sort of disaster relief, just on a global scale. However, rushing to drug the entire planet is not anywhere near the same things as pulling survivors from a natural disaster.

Serious questions have to be asked about all of this. If it were really about getting vaccines out, then why is this global push needed? Why are the death rates exaggerated? Why use faulty PCR tests? Why gaslight and try to silence critics? What’s really in these vaccines?
