BC is supposed to be starting “Stage 3” of its reopening. However, according to this posting, the “State of Emergency” is completely over. There’s also M273, from June 29, 2021, repealing CV health measures. Interesting. Will this be the end of it? Will this be brought back in the fall?

ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF PUBLIC SAFETY AND SOLICITOR GENERAL
Emergency Program Act
Ministerial Order No. M275
I, Mike Farnworth, Minister of Public Safety and Solicitor General, order that, effective at the end of the day on June 30, 2021, the attached declaration of a state of emergency throughout the whole of the Province of British Columbia made on March 18, 2020, and subsequently extended, is cancelled.
You’d think this would be more prominent.
(An update) The issue was raised that there was an extension until July 6, 2021. While that is true, it was issued on June 22. The cancellation notice came on June 29, and presumably overrides it.
ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF PUBLIC
SAFETY AND SOLICITOR GENERAL
Emergency Program Act
Ministerial Order No. M037
WHEREAS the COVID-19 pandemic poses a significant threat to the health, safety and welfare of the residents of British Columbia, and threatens to disproportionately impact the most vulnerable segments of society;
AND WHEREAS prompt coordination of action and special regulation of persons or property is required to protect the
health, safety and welfare of the residents of British Columbia, and to mitigate the social and economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on residents, businesses, communities, organizations and institutions throughout the Province of British Columbia.
NOW THEREFORE I declare that a state of emergency exists throughout the whole of the Province of British Columbia.
Original order of March 18, 2020.
The original State of Emergency Order was made in March 2020, and has been the basis for numerous extensions. A cynic may wonder if the reason was Bill 19, which gave Government officials immunity, is set to expire July 8. It came into effect July 8, 2020, and had effect for a year.
Cancellation of declaration of state of emergency
11 (1)When, in the opinion of the minister or the Lieutenant Governor in Council, an emergency no longer exists in an area in relation to which a declaration of a state of emergency was made under section 9 (1), the minister or the Lieutenant Governor in Council must make an order cancelling the declaration of a state of emergency in respect of that area.
(2)Immediately after an order is made under subsection (1) or a declaration of a state of emergency expires under section 9 (4), the minister must cause the details of the cancellation or expiry of the declaration of a state of emergency to be published by a means of communication that the minister considers most likely to make the contents of the cancellation order or the fact of the cancellation or expiry known to the majority of the population of the affected area.
Under Section 11 of the Emergency Program Act, publication is mandatory. It’s supposed to be done my a means likely to inform the majority of the people.
Saskatchewan also implies that their state of emergency will end on July 11. The orders (near the end) say “This Order remains in effect until 12:01 a.m. on July 11, 2021, or until, in the opinion of the Chief Medical Health Officer, there is no longer a public health threat, whichever shall first occur.”

They did the same thing in Ontario…revoked the 3rd and final Declaration of Emergency on June 9th, 2021 and nobody knew. Instead of telling everyone it was revoked, etc, they started promoting the Re-opening Act which relied on definitions from the 1st Declaration that had been revoked long ago.
Some of us were saying the same thing…if there is no emergency, then why the continuing restrictions?
It might be wise to examine closely the signatures on the Declarations, etc…you might find they were cut and pasted perhaps.
Definitely they are cut and paste but they come from an official government link. Straight from source basically.
Confusing but that’s their intent in my opinion.
Interesting. And frustrating.
It’s not a copy and paste coming off the bc government website. I don’t have social media so I hope someone can take this to Mike Farnworth’s Twitter and ask him. There is also this document from Bonnie Henry stating workplace COVID-19 safety plans are also cancelled.
If this is true then mainstream media really is a problem not that they already aren’t but you get my point.
Now watch the public continue the staged plans and enforce public on public with something that may not even exist anymore.
Here is the link to the government document; it’s genuine: https://www.bclaws.gov.bc.ca/civix/document/id/mo/mo/m0275_2021
You guys don’t realize that any employers trying to mandate these vaccines as of right now if they try and tell you if you don’t get vaccinated you can’t work here just say okay and go see a lawyer any stores who is trying to tell you to wear a mask or anybody trying to discriminate against you right now trying to claim that they think you’re sick can make you a lot of money this is awesome he hahahahahhahahhahaha
I checked all this out, as above Earlana this is correct & valid. You are correct it is official and signed and ended on 30 June 2021. That is the official website.
It isn’t legal to give out that unapproved “vaccine” anymore in BC then is it?
Gracie…… Nope… Unless it’s a state of emergency they can’t legally do it. But….. They will finally have to show the ingredients on the pamphlet that comes with the vaccine, and require a signature to get the jab… Disgusting that the were not showing the ingredients before this….
Looking at the government site, it shows that the government made their announcement on June 30, 2021. That’s a day before this sham of an article. If you wish to create conspiracy theories, perhaps try to do better. I only read this article because a buddy of mine shared it with me, and he’s as far down the rabbit hole as you and your readers. Try to be informed, and then share FACTS. You are only making a fool of yourself (and your followers). Investigative Journalism? Pfft…
This isn’t a conspiracy theory at all buds. This is fact that the emergency act in BC is not longer in place which means these government phases of “back to normal” don’t mean anything. When you say they made an announcement the day before what announcement was it that you’re referring to? No rabbit holes here, literally identifying the truth that the government didn’t do their part in properly informing the province of BC that there is no emergency anymore. Sounds like your brainwashed to call everything a conspiracy the second it goes against the narrative. I suppose you also believe the only side effects of the vaccines are sore arms, chills, aches etc? Check out the slide 16 from a conference that the FDA held prior to releasing these vaccines to be administered.
Where is your public announcements on that?
Keep up the good work Ronnie.
