If the Nuremberg Code provides very reasonable guidelines on performing medical experiments, then what possible stretch of logic would prohibit people from refusing forced vaccines?

- The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.
- The experiment should be such as to yield fruitful results for the good of society, unprocurable by other methods or means of study, and not random and unnecessary in nature.

- The experiment should be so conducted as to avoid all unnecessary physical and mental suffering and injury.
- No experiment should be conducted where there is an a priori reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur; except, perhaps, in those experiments where the experimental physicians also serve as subjects.
- The degree of risk to be taken should never exceed that determined by the humanitarian importance of the problem to be solved by the experiment.
- Proper preparations should be made and adequate facilities provided to protect the experimental subject against even remote possibilities of injury, disability, or death.
- The experiment should be conducted only by scientifically qualified persons. The highest degree of skill and care should be required through all stages of the experiment of those who conduct or engage in the experiment.
- During the course of the experiment the human subject should be at liberty to bring the experiment to an end if he has reached the physical or mental state where continuation of the experiment seems to him to be impossible.
- During the course of the experiment the scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment at any stage, if he has probable cause to believe, in the exercise of the good faith, superior skill and careful judgment required of him that a continuation of the experiment is likely to result in injury, disability, or death to the experimental subject.
3. Does Forcing Vaccines Violate Code?
It stands to reason that if forcing people to participate in medical experiments is unethical, then forcing vaccines on people should be as well. Considering the lack of testing and safety mechanisms, it would be hard to argue that this is not still experimental.
Beyond actual force, making it unreasonably difficult to live one’s life without being vaccinated should also imply a lack of informed consent. Would a Government put a “boot on the neck” under the guise of public safety? Well, they are already.
What will happen should this be put in a court challenge? Guess only time will tell.
You left out the most important part. Where are people supposed to go when the Nuremberg Code is not being adhered to? What court? What body? National? International? Where do you file to lodge a complaint? How does one put this, as you say “to the challenge” when one doesn’t know where or who to challenge?
And who is supposed to challenge, is it me, my, my doctor, my mayor, my governor, my legislature, God forbid, my government?

Nuremberg Code codified as law in Canada or just a set of medical guidelines?
Provinces are acting under emergency measures so basically, there is no law, only what the Premier of a Province says.
If individuals do not own their own bodies then yes, Govt. can experiment on you.

You’re right. Newsom just got called on for doing the same thing. First, there was an emergency, then he said it was under control. Now he wants to say there’s an emergency when all he’s doing is being a bully.
May I highly suggest that when it comes to challenging C-19 in violation of the Nuremberg Code, there should be full declassification of patients medical records, regardless of age, and enable transparency and accountability, when it comes to non-consensual human experimentation. With all of this damage control, obstruction, secrecy and concealment, how can anyone trust inoculations, when there is no good faith or integrity of honoring the Nuremberg Code, in respect to informed consent, and a Canadian government that has placed a gag order on MK-ULTRA classified Nuremberg Code violations upon unwitting Canadian citizens? When there is no informed consent, this constitutes criminal assault and battery. All declassified unwitting subjects of inoculation injuries, should provide greater insight, as to why forced inoculations are a violation of the Nuremberg Code. We cannot protect each other, when failing to recognize and address the severity of harm imposed by inoculations, which act as a gateway to further unethical, sadistic, and inhumane human experimentation. The very word secrecy is repugnant in a free and open society, let there be light. Declassify.
