

(June, 2025) Ontario Court of Justice gave a 90 day conditional sentence (house arrest), and probation to a Bell Canada technician who exposed himself to a customer for some 90 minutes.

(July, 2025) Alberta Court of Justice gave a 1 year jail sentence for trafficking fentanyl, and immigration consequences factored into it. He was a permanent resident.

(July, 2025) Ontario Superior Court gave a 7 1/2 year sentence for aggravated assault and assault with a weapon on a former girlfriend.. He previously served time for: (1) Aggravated Assault; (2) Assault with a Weapon; (3) Assault Peace Officer, but had not been deported. He had also been released only a few months earlier, and was on probation when this happened.

(August, 2025) Court of Appeal for Ontario reduces a 4 year jail sentence to 3 years. They were co-workers at McDonalds at the time, where the perp was 22, and the victim was 16. They developed a “friendship”, although this sounds like grooming.
